    The grilled dishes around Chania stole the show! Raki n' Roll is just a stroll away and serves up juicy kebabs. Plus, the spacious interconnecting rooms were a joy for my family! The hotel staff were good and loved the kids.

    Despite its modern vibe, the pool doubles as the breakfast space-kind of iffy. Service felt more 3-star than 5, with a muddled room type and lackluster breakfast flavors. Granola was a DIY task!

    Loved the double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location perfect in the middle of everything was stunning. And we were next to where all the shops, the harbour, and taxis.

    The decor of my room was enchanting, with excellent smart lighting that created the perfect mood. Each morning, I indulged in the locally inspired breakfast buffet, with an array of Cretan dishes that delighted my palate. Plus, the rooftop bar ambiance was lovely, offering fine views while I sipped on personalized cocktails crafted by the talented bartender.

    Rooftop pool experience was quite enjoyable!

    Unfortunately, the room I stayed in lacked natural light, disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. It felt cramped and dark. The cleanliness upon arrival was below expectations as the floors had not been vacuumed adequately. I also found the breakfast options to be quite average, which didn't match the gourmet expectations that were promised.

    While the location is 'convenient', I can't believe I had to stand on a drain in the shower, how ridiculous! And why wasn't only I offered special treatment like a complimentary drink for my troubles? I almost thought this was a classy place until breakfast by the pool was such a disaster. It's unbelievable that you wouldn't step up your game for 5 stars.

    Fantastic Stay with Lovely Staff

    The charming Dimos welcomed us daily. Try the delicious local dishes for breakfast even if it's served at the pool. Just remember to check the cleanliness upon arrival, as it could use a little attention.

    Recommend it for families with kids

    The warm welcome from the staff was something else! Dimos gave us a fantastic tour of the room, showing off those fancy high-tech functions, like the electric blinds and smart lighting which impressed not just me, but the kids too. The breakfast was a nice spread, they had a choice of buffet and a la carte options , made everyone happy. It felt great to have such caring staff attending to our needs, especially the ones who remembered my kids' names and requests every morning!

    It wasn't exactly cheap to stay here but considering the amenities, it was acceptable.
